CUSTOMER CARE
All products are delivered digitally after purchase. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a receipt via email or message and your final product will be delivered through email or a secure Google Drive link. Delivery time depends on the service purchased, and all details will be clearly listed before checkout. Rush fees can be applied in checkout!

PRIVACY & SAFETY
Because all products are digital and delivered electronically, all sales are final and non-refundable once an order has been processed or delivered. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
However, I want every customer to be satisfied with their final product. Each project includes up to 3 free revisions to make sure the work matches your vision. After the third revision, any additional changes will be subject to an $8 fee per revision. Additional revisions can be purchased at checkout. If there is an issue with your file, such as corruption, missing content, or incorrect delivery, I will correct it or resend the product at no extra cost.
