Once your design is completed and approved, you will receive your final files digitally via download. Your delivery will include high-quality formats suitable for both online and or print use.
All files are delivered directly to your email or download link after completion.
Turnaround time depends on the package selected and begins once all required information is submitted.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Because all products are digital and delivered electronically, all sales are final and non-refundable once an order has been processed or delivered. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
However, I want every customer to be satisfied with their final product. Each project includes up to 3 free revisions to make sure the work matches your vision. After the third revision, any additional changes will be subject to an $8 fee per revision. Additional revisions can be purchased at checkout. If there is an issue with your file, such as corruption, missing content, or incorrect delivery, I will correct it or resend the product at no extra cost.
